Meet Our Team

With over 20 years of combined real estate experience, Fran and Pam are both originally from New York and are known as “the team to trust”. They believe in approaching their buyers and sellers with honesty, integrity, and hard work. As a real estate team, Fran and Pam have been recognized as Michael Saunders & Company Top Listing Agents and Top Team for Sales Volume, among numerous other real estate awards. They credit their success to an innate drive and effective communication skills, along with an exemplary level of customer service. As proven professionals, they offer knowledge, trust, and commitment whether buying or selling property on Florida’s Gulf Coast.

Throughout the years, both Fran and Pam have remained active in their local community and have served on school committees, fundraisers, PTO boards, and were executive board members of the Cotillion Club of Manatee County. In addition, they offer extensive knowledge of Manatee County schools’ academic and sports programs.

We have been working with Fran and Pam for MANY years to find us a beach house on Anna Maria Island, one that met my very high standards, had good rental income and was less than $1 million dollars! Given that I currently do not live in Florida and have a very busy work schedule they worked tirelessly by sending me listings and planned to see properties at a moment’s notice when I was able to squeeze in a visit to the island. Despite the daunting task, they delivered on everything we asked for and we couldn’t be happier and cannot thank them both enough for everything they did to help us achieve our dream. When we are ready to sell our house, we will surely use them both again.

I wanted to take a moment and let you know that I hired Pam Goodwin and her partner Fran DeDona and was very pleased with the service I received. I listed my property with them in Bradenton, and within two months we were closed, after getting a full price offer. They were very personal and professional at all times.
